All of the stuffing varieties available from Mr. Crumb are also available as stuffing balls, slugs and pellets. These are pre formed shapes to suit your needs.

For example, if you are a poultry processor you may find that our 150g stuffing ball is perfect to pre-stuff your whole chickens or turkeys to give the consumer added value.

Slugs are long cylindrical shapes and are most commonly used for stuffing joints of meat such as beef or pork with the stuffing slug in the centre of the joint.

Pellets are small round shapes which are perfect for wrapping in bacon to create a garnish for your roast or for stuffing small items such as chicken breasts. All our formed stuffings are available in a large variety of weights and sizes and can be delivered chilled or frozen.
